there is certainly a wave of some revolution going on in the form of people reawakening from colonizations, today there was yet another seminar on the power of indigenous knowledge under utilized led by Dr Tsheboeng from University of Botswana. While some participants felt that much of what he talked about is in the public domain, most felt that there is need for restocking the past by communities making inventories of useful indigenous knowledge.Well i wondered whether boloi termed witchcraft could yield any new technologies? Others argued that while indegineuos knowledge should be tested it should not be subjected to western tools of confirmation........skeptical?
