The Copenhagen Summit on climate change has become an international buzz for a good reason indeed.In it, many things come to the fore but most importantly that Africa should for the first evolve from becoming only consumers of goods/services from the West but that they should proactively engage in robust extensive research on how they can best harness massive heat from the sun for purposes of electricity and so on.Botswana for instance has a cloudless skyline for 316 days out of 365.With the fund pledge that will ultimatetly come from those countries that are the worst emitters of pollution, Africa should put sound strategic plans and monitoring plans in place to reduce emissions.
Africa shold change from blame pyschology about anything and everything and adopt self sufficience and innovative psychology
