A project by Sandy Grant in the late 80s entittled, Decorated Homes saved some of these artforms curatly created by women.With the advent of cement and contruction materials, these will be the thing of the past in the next 10 years.The colours are so earthly representing earth itself.These flowers nicely painted here reminds me of a convervation i have had with a certain lady who denounced that Africans do not have names for flowers and how anything and everthing esle becomes a flower.Doing extenstive reserach among communities, I have found out they do have names  for things, flowers included, infact tradiitonal knowledge has different knowledge systems or diciplines.
