Tourism for capitalists

P120.00 per poler per day, equivalent of USD 20 having poled the whole day to and fro. while aTourist pays US 110 equilevant of  660 Pula plus a snack. You can imagine the risks and dangers posed by water animals and without insurance.Mind you these wooden boats and poles are owned by these guys as well.Realing these polers and tourists get ripped on a daily basis, these young warm hearted tourists found out that there was a trust by these polers and instead, the following day they paid very decent price through the community trust to have yet another sail. Tourism industry has always been a daylight thief and to add salt into injury its legal. This unfotunately is a world wide phenomenon or is it any better where you are?
